What you will do in this role:
The People & Culture Lead is responsible to manage, direct and coordinate all human resources (HR) tasks within the organization.
To plan, organize & effectively execute all routine functions within the scope of HRM, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, learning & development, etc.
Organize Employee engagement activities
Oversee daily operations of the People & Culture department.
Issuing Letter of Employment and coordinating on other employment correspondence
Arrange Annual performance appraisal of employees
Maintaining proper filing of Employees Personal files and other relevant documents such as Insurance policies, letters, etc.
Coordinate with other cross functional teams
What you will bring:
Degree/ Professional qualification in Human Resource Management from a recognized institute
3 – 5 Years of work experience in the field of Human Resources specially for an IT Organization
Ability to interact with employees across the organization with strong team orientation Experience in using HRIS system
