Position Overview
As a Business Analyst, you are responsible for reviewing assigned business processes from end-to-end to identify and address operational and technological opportunities, strategies, and risks. Your role is to over-see the business process analysis and execute the collection, elicitation, and recording of business requirements related to products for more and better enhancements by converting a business problem to a technical solution.
You will be the face of the team and the bridge between the development team and the stakeholders interpreting business requirements into understandable development tasks to match a final software product with the expected business value.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying and prioritizing technical, functional, and non-functional requirements.
- Analyze and elicit requirements and provide clear documentation in various stages of development life cycle.
- Determining system efficiency and functionality by liaising with the development team.
- Identify, create, and facilitate process design changes by conducting business and systems process analysis and design at a complex level
- Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements.
- Identify improvement opportunities (proactive and reactive)
- Identify ways to increase adoption and customer satisfaction by analyzing the current marketplace.
Requirements:
- 2 – 3 years of experience in a similar IT industry.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong relationship building skills & communication skills
- Excellent language and presentation skills.
- Excellent documentation and writing skills.
- Having a sound knowledge of programming languages, database, and cloud technologies.
